Mr. Sharath Chandra Maroju
Sharath Co-founded Syndic in 2016 and comes with rich academic and corporate background expertise he holds a Master’s in Thermal Engineering from JNTU, a Micro Master from IIM Bangalore, a Certified Chartered Engineer from IEI, ADBA from the London School of Business & Finance and also Law graduate from Kakatiya University. Sharath Founded Syndic with the responsibility of turning around the market demands with technologically improvised solutions.
Sharath has vast exposure in the engineering industry by having experience in providing solutions to various industrial segments. Before joining Syndic, Sharath was associated with Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd (KOEL) for entire south Indian operations of aftermarket business and other MNCs like Thermax Ltd, Mitsubishi in the UK, and Flexible Mobility in Singapore and Malaysia. He has been instrumental in consolidating legacy businesses and at the same time, looking at new technologies and opportunities for growth.
Sharath served as an expert Committee Member in various chambers such as IEI & ISTE. He is also an active professional member in HMA, IPA, and FSAI & Certified Royal Charter member in C.Engg (I) & CIArb, UK. Sharath has served as the Trustee for VSMILE FOUNDATION a trust to leverage women’s empowerment and girl child education.

Ms. Ramyasree
She holds a postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutics from Kakatiya University, Warangal. In 2016, she co-founded Syndic and developed a keen interest in water and waste management. Her collaboration with NSRCEL – IIM Bangalore focused on sustainable solutions in these sectors, aiming to foster a greener future. She has been instrumental in forging new partnerships for Syndic, particularly in drinking water solutions and air pollution control.
As a women entrepreneur, Ms. Ramya represented Syndic at NSRCEL, contributing innovative solutions to the startup ecosystem. She also played a key role in launching BERLIN WATERS in 2023, a brand dedicated to healthy drinking water purification for domestic use.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Ms. Ramya has been actively involved in social causes. She served as a Trustee for VSMILE FOUNDATION, a trust committed to empowering women and promoting education for the girl child.

Mr. Abhaya Kumar Naik

As the Founder of the 3scoach, Abhaya has been actively engaged in skill development, providing training and consulting services to leading organizations in the automobile, EV infrastructure, and capital goods sectors. His expertise lies in customer service strategies, sales and marketing, P&L management, and business transformation.
Abhaya has held leadership roles in prominent organizations such as Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, Atul Auto Ltd, and Bajaj Auto Ltd, managing large teams and spearheading initiatives that significantly enhanced customer engagement and service delivery. He played a key role in launching KOEL CARE, introducing digital solutions, and transforming service operations from cost centers to profit centers.
His contributions extend to academia as well, having served as a visiting faculty at KIAMS, Pune, where he taught Business-to-Business Marketing and Service Marketing.

Mr. Sravan Kumar Madap

As the Senior Partner & Co-founder of The Consulting Board, Sravan provides expert guidance to organizations, enabling them to develop and execute strategic initiatives, enhance market positioning, and optimize business processes. Throughout his career, Sravan has held key leadership roles, including Senior Vice President at Evolgence Telecom Systems, Chief Operating Officer at Osmania Technology Business Incubator, and Vice President at InfoSTEP India Pvt.
